STAY FOR VENTILATING WINDOW

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stay for a ventilating window capable of locking a checking arm by a lock mechanism automatically and restraining the reversible switching of a lock releasing implement and a lock body of the lock mechanism to prevent a window opening function from being impaired by user's misunderstanding and mischief. SOLUTION: The stay for ventilating window is provided with the checking arm 4, a guide frame 6 for guiding a slide pin 5 of the checking arm 4, the lock mechanism for locking the slide pin 5, and a lock releasing implement 7. The lock mechanism is provided with a lock body 33 for catching a slide pin 5 while being engaged therewith. The lock mechanism is constituted to switch the lock body 33 into a locking state by only the sliding operation of the slide pin 5 moving from a closing position to a ventilation position along a guide groove 12 and switch the lock body 33 into a lock release state only in a state of switching the lock releasing implement 7 into the lock release state. Consequently, each of the lock releasing implement 7 and the lock body 33 is constituted to prevent reversible switching. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
