Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic-impregnated skin cover sheet which has an excellent contact and a soft touch feeling. SOLUTION: The cosmetic-impregnated skin cover sheet is obtained by needle-punching a fiber web containing fibers having latent crimps to entangle fibers, heating the web of entangled fibers for developing the latent three-dimensional crimps to obtain a nonwoven fabric, pressing the nonwoven fabric, and impregnating the nonwoven fabric with a cosmetic. The sheet gives a user a soft touch feeling and a gentle fit feeling, because the fibers are not excessively entangled in spite of the high fiber density. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
