Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent abnormal output from a signal insulating means and to properly perform communication for a vehicle and controlling by a microcomputer when the voltage of a power source drops in switching on and switching off of the power source in a communication control device for a vehicle in which an insulation boundary including the signal insulating means, a digital isolator in particular, is set between a high voltage region and a low voltage region. SOLUTION: In the communication control device for a vehicle in which the insulating boundary including the signal insulating means, the digital isolator is set between the microcomputer arranged in the high voltage region and a control signal receiving/transmitting means arranged in the low voltage region, a voltage monitoring means and an abnormal output preventing means for controlling to be safe output or fixing the output from the signal insulating means to its high voltage side and/or low voltage side when variation of the voltage detected by the voltage monitoring means drops exceeding a predetermined range, are provided in the signal insulating means.
