Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor system capable of magnetizing and demagnetizing a low coercive force permanent magnet at a small magnetizing current. SOLUTION: A permanent magnet motor 21 has a low coercive force permanent magnet 5 capable of changing a quantity of magnetization, a rotor 2 having a low coercive force permanent magnet 4, a stator 22 having two sets (U, V, W/X, Y, Z) of three-phase winding connection wires wound concentrically around each of six slots, and is constituted of four poles and six slots. The stator 22 is connected so that adjacent slots form different sets of three-phase windings. The state of the current is switched so as to be equivalent to four poles/three slots structure by forming the four poles/six slots in a torque mode and allowing almost the same currents to flow on the adjacent slots in a magnetizing mode.
