Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust core having excellent direct current (DC) characteristics and magnetic characteristics even if low-pressure molding is performed under the room temperature. SOLUTION: A first powder in the average grain size of 42 μm is prepared in 85 wt.% among the powder of an amorphous soft-magnetic alloy and a second powder in the average grain size of 4 to 6 μm is prepared in 15 wt.% as the remainder. Powder of a plurality of amorphous soft-magnetic alloys, low-melting point glass as much as 5 wt.% in the powder of the amorphous soft-magnetic alloy, and lubricating resin as much as 0 to 2 wt.% in the powder of the amorphous soft-magnetic alloy are mixed. A binding insulation resin is mixed to a mixture including amorphous soft-magnetic alloy powder. Thereafter, the mixture is dried and applied to a sieve with apertures of 300 μm for the purpose of coverage. A molding is formed by pressure molding of the mixture including the amorphous soft-magnetic alloy powder covered with the binding insulation resin with a molding pressure of 1,300 MPa under the room temperature. The annealing processing is conducted for 30 minutes under 480°C for the molded material. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
