RECOMMENDATION INFORMATION PROCESSOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce management cost of personal information when recommending choices of next action to a user. SOLUTION: A recommendation information processor has: an action acquisition means setting a specific person different from a general user as a "special user", restricting the number of action history data including at least a special user name, the kind of action, and action contents to a number below 5,000, and storing them into an action history storage means; and a retrieval means for acquiring a retrieval condition wherein the action that is a target of retrieval is designated, and the "special user" name from a client device, searching the action history storage means based on the retrieval condition, and transmitting an obtained retrieval result to the client device as recommendation information.
