Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present a message in a place suitable for task completion by using the place of a starting condition (location position information of a client terminal). SOLUTION: A place task information processor has: a task setting means registering at least a client ID peculiar to a client device, a task message related to a task, and a message including a time condition and a place condition received from the client device into a task list storage means; and a task retrieval means receiving the client ID, and position information of the client device from the client device, searching the task list storage means with a set of the client ID, the position information, and present time as a key, acquiring the task message when the according task is present, and transmitting it to the client device.
