Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disclose a flat plate display device which shields noise and EMI through contact of the ground of a driving circuit and a storage container. SOLUTION: The flat plate display device includes: a flat panel including an effective display area and a peripheral area; the storage container for containing the flat panel; a driving chip integrated in the peripheral area, which supplies a signal for displaying an image to the effective display area through a conductive path; and a conductive elastic body which electrically connects the ground of the substrate to the storage container.
