MULTILAYER TUBULAR ARTICLE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer tubular article which is easily separated from a core, prevents deterioration in the durability of the core caused by the sticking of a fluororesin film to the surface of the core, and in which a polyamide resin and a fluororesin are firmly adhered to each other, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the multilayer tubular article includes: an over-coat stage where a core is over-coated with a polyimide precursor solution and a fluororesin-dispersed solution; a stage where solvents are removed from the polyimide precursor solution and fluororesin-dispersed solution; and a stage where the polyimide precursor is imidized, and further, the fluororesin is coated. In the over-coat stage, the fluororesin-dispersed solution is coated by a length same as the length of the coating film of the polyimide precursor solution or shorter than that.
