METHOD FOR MEASURING ACTIVITY OF TISSUE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate the number of the cells capable of being separated from sampled bio-tissue at the point of time when the bio-tissue is sampled from a patient. SOLUTION: This method for measuring the activity of tissue includes the tissue amount measuring step S1 for measuring the amount of the bio-tissue sampled from the living body, the tissue internal fluid sampling step S2 for sampling the fluid contained in the sampled bio-tissue, the detection step S3 for detecting the amount of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) in the fluid sampled in the tissue internal fluid sampling step S2, and the estimation step S4 for estimating the number of the cells capable of being sampled from the bio-tissue on the basis of the amount of adenosine triphosphate detected in the detection step S3 and the amount of the bio-tissue measured in the tissue amount measuring step S1.
