Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidifying device capable of properly performing humidification, with respect to the humidifying device including a humidifier for humidifying fluid such as the air supplied to a fuel cell and the like. SOLUTION: This humidifying device 1 has the humidifier 10 which includes a hollow fiber membrane bundle 11 obtained by bundling a plurality of hollow fiber membranes 12, and a case 21, and in which the air flows into the hollow fiber membranes 12 from a front end side of the hollow fiber membrane bundle 11, and a cathode off gas is circulated in the case 21 and outside of the hollow fiber membranes 12, and an inflow region variable means having a plate body 41 capable of varying the air inflow region S at the front end side of the hollow fiber membrane bundle 11 and a servo motor 51 for rotating the plate body 41, so that the air is circulated in the hollow fiber membranes 12 corresponding to the cathode off gas circulation region R in the hollow fiber membrane bundle 11.
