PRESS FITTING CONSTRUCTION OF SHAFT AND SHAFT HOLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To configure press fitting construction of a shaft and a shaft hole which can accurately press fit the shaft with respect to the shaft hole at extremely high precision, also obtain a range of press fitting sufficiently, and achieve join of firm press fitting in press fitting the shaft into the shaft hole. SOLUTION: In the shaft 2 and the shaft hole 1 into which the shaft 2 is press fit, the press fitting construction is formed with an opening end surface 11 in opening end of the shaft hole 1, is formed with an inclination guided portion 12 which expansively opens toward the opening end on the side of press fitting hole portion 14 of the shaft hole 1 and is formed between the opening end surface 11 and the inclination guided portion 12 with a sharp inclination guided portion 13 which expansively opens from the side of the inclination guided portion 12 toward the opening end surface 11. An incline angle of inclination of the sharp inclination guided portion 13 is formed larger than that of inclination of the inclination guided portion 12 and the opening end surface 11 is configured as a flat conical shape.
