Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow path switching valve having a structure in which a pilot drive unit is fixed to a valve body 30 of the flow path switching valve so as to eliminate a play of a pilot valve 20 by holding the pilot valve 20 with an arm 11 of an attaching fitting 1 and then caulking and fixing an end of the arm 11. SOLUTION: A connection section 12 of the attaching fitting 1 is fixed to the flow path switching body 30 by welding. A metal body of the pilot valve 20 is clamped by the arms 11, 11 of the attaching fitting 1. The ends of the arms 11, 11 are caulked inward. A punch processing section 13 is provided in the attaching fitting 1, so that a part of the attaching fitting 1 is bulged out to the pilot valve 20 side to form a pressing section 13A. The metal body of the pilot valve 20 is pressed by the pressing section 13A so as to prevent the play due to opening after caulking of the arms 11, 11. The pressing section may be formed at the metal body side of the pilot valve 20. The pilot valve 20 may be pressed by an elastic portion. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
