Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding device capable of responding to the need for pulling outputted rolled paper back into the inside of the winding device again and performing various operations by the use of the winding device properly by controlling a winding core member properly. SOLUTION: A winding control part 16 for winding the delivered rolled paper includes a winding mode and a loosening mode and can pull the delivered rolled paper back into the inside of the winding device by performing the loosening mode. The winding mode rotates the winding core member 14 forward by a target amount of rotation θ1 at target rotary angular velocity ω1 set in advance. The loosening mode rotates the winding core member 14 backward by a target amount of rotation θ2 at target rotary angular velocity ω2 set in advance. The winding control part 16 controls the winding core member 14 to satisfy the relationships, θ1>θ2 and ω1>ω2. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
