Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a bicycle parking device having a lock mechanism, which is reduced in price and excellent in reliability due to its simple structure. SOLUTION: A lock arm part having a two-pronged arm rotates so as to lock a wheel, and this rotation can be locked by a rotation prohibition claw of a lock lever engaging with a rack provided on the periphery of the lock arm, thereby locking the bicycle parking device.
