Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a cathode plate for a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery capable of manufacturing an excellent cathode plate which is adhered tight with a collector base plate in a sure and simple way, in which the collector base plate is not corroded by a coated layer when an aqueous paste of a cathode active material is coated on the collector base plate such as aluminum foil or the like to form the coated layer. SOLUTION: A pH of an aqueous water soluble paste kneaded and made of a desired cathode active material and a mixture by using an aqueous solvent is measured and then the aqueous paste of pH6-10 is coated on a collector base plate and an aqueous paste of pH11 or higher is coated on the first coated layer to form the second coated later, and then these laminated coated layers are dried.
