Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve proper passbook issue processing following the application situations of a business in a store by executing the extraction of a passbook or a certificate of high priority as quickly as possible during the execution of the issue processing of several passbooks at once. SOLUTION: When an extraction instruction is received (S501), whether or not passbook issue is in processing is determined (S502), and when it is in processing, whether or not there exists any passbook to be processed or any page to be printed the next to the passbook in printing at present is determined (S503), and in any case, the extraction processing is put in a standby status till the printing of only the pages in printing is completed, and the passbook whose printing has been completed is saved to a saving part 206 (S504), and after the extraction processing is performed as instructed (S505), the passbook under processing is returned from the saving part 206 to a printing part, and the processing is resumed (S506).
