Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a possibility that an electronic computer does not operate normally when switched to an operation state, and to eliminate a case wherein only some electronic computer often gets out of order. SOLUTION: A build-up electronic computer 1 includes a plurality of interconnected electronic computers 10-1 to 10-n. Each of the plurality of electronic computers 10-1 to 10-n enter one of an operation state and a standby state, and the state is changed in according to the continuance of the any one of the states.
