Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content display device providing an operation screen easy to be operated by a user according to a situation. SOLUTION: The content display device 100 (1300) has: first and second display panels 140 (102A), 240; a first display control means 111 making a content to be displayed on the first display panel; a reception means 112 receiving a change instruction for changing a display state of the displayed content; a decision means 113 deciding whether or not the display state satisfies a prescribed condition; and a second display control means 115 making a first image for receiving an operation instruction for operating the display of the content to be displayed on the second display panel when the decision means decides that the display state satisfies the prescribed condition.
