METHOD AND DEVICE FOR GENERATING POWER BY CIRCULATING AIR THROUGH COUPLED PIPES AND DRIVING LOW-PRESSURE TURBINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for generating power by driving a low-pressure turbine with a wind circulating through coupled pipes, which compensates energy of the wind reduced in energy by the power generation so that the wind blowing into a propeller turbine of the low-pressure turbine becomes a wind always having the same energy, makes the wind whose pressure and temperature change due to the power generation and wind circulation be a wind of a constant pressure and temperature for the compensation. SOLUTION: The compensation of the wind energy is performed so that the propeller is rotated by a circulating wind, air is blown into a tip end part of blades of the propeller as a motive force of the propeller to rotate, a rotating speed of the propeller is set by the air blow-in amount, and the wind blown into the propeller turbine of the low-pressure turbine becomes a wind always having the same energy. In order to make the wind whose pressure and temperature change be a wind of a constant pressure and temperature, a part of the wind is discharged or blown-in via an air tank coupled to the pipes and for reserving air at a preset pressure according to the pressure of the wind.
