REINFORCEMENT SPACER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make possible setting of different coverings with respect to the reinforcement retained on the inner side of a mold even when only one kind in size is used. SOLUTION: A reinforcement spacer 1 is used for retaining the reinforcement on the inner side of the mold from the inner surface of the mold at predetermined spacings when a reinforced concrete product is molded by the mold. The reinforcement spacer 1 is provided with a polygonally-shaped outer peripheral frame 2, a reinforcement engagement part 3, a guide rib 4, and a reinforcing rib 5. A notch 6 used for the insertion of the reinforcement is formed in part of the outer peripheral frame 2, and the reinforcement engagement part 3 is used for engaging the reinforcement inside. The guide rib 4 is formed from the edge of the notch 6 of the outer peripheral frame 2 to the reinforcement engagement part 3, and guides the insertion of the reinforcement. The reinforcing rib 5 connects between the outer peripheral frame 2 and the reinforcement engagement part 3, and reinforces them. Because of this, different coverings can be set with respect to the reinforcement retained on the inner side of the mold by changing the arrangement of the reinforcement spacer 1 around the reinforcement engagement part 3 even when only one kind of the reinforcement spacer 1 in size is used.
