CARE GARMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comfortable care garment easily put on or off even while a wearer stands, and allowing the wearer to easily move even while being in a diaper. SOLUTION: The care garment is formed by: vertically cutting trousers from the upper end of the center line of a front body part 1 to the crotch part, the inner thigh and the bottom thereof; making the respective end parts of waist-adjusting strings 7, 7a to be tied in accordance with the waist size of the wearer project through the passing ports 6, 6a of a string-passing part 5 openly formed at the cut portions of the upper end of the front body part 1; continuously forming angular fabric pieces whose peaks project downward at the crotch part of the back body part 2 of the trousers so as to form a front pad 3 by being folded back forward; sewing up element-holding tapes 9a, 10a of one of a pair of right and left open fasteners 9, 10 to the garment along the cutting line of the front body part 1; sewing up the other element-holding tapes 9b, 10b to the garment from the bottom of the back body part 2 along the slanted sides of the inner thigh and the front pad 3; and also sewing them up in parallel to each other on the line extended from the peak of the front pad 3.
