Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthesis method of fine particles, reducing corrosion of a reaction container and the like, preventing an impurity due to the corrosion from being mixed into a product, and broadening choices of materials of the reaction container and the like. SOLUTION: The synthesis method of fine particles includes: creating a subcritical or supercritical reaction environment by at least one of heat and pressure by using a mixed medium comprising water and a solvent which makes the mixed medium into a supercritical state at a lower temperature and a lower pressure than those in the case of water alone; and leaving source materials under the created subcritical or supercritical reaction environment as a reaction field for a predetermined time to produce fine particles. By this method, critical conditions to create a subcritical or supercritical state can be alleviated in comparison with the case of water alone. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
