Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a rush current is generated at the start of operation of a power supply circuit, so that instantaneous voltage drop of power supply, EMI or heat generation may occur, thereby adversely affecting other apparatuses. SOLUTION: In the power supply circuit which charges a flying capacitor C1 to an input voltage V1 through switching elements Q1-Q4 and performs a charge pump operation by further applying the input voltage V1 to the charging voltage of the flying capacitor C1, a reference power supply 20 generating the input voltage V1 consists of a variable output voltage power supply, and a timing control circuit 30 changes the voltage of the reference power supply 20 in time series, thus reducing a rush current at the start of operation of the power supply circuit.
