SOLUTION: In the nonaqueous electrolyte lithium secondary battery consisting of a negative electrode material, a nonaqueous electrolyte, and a positive electrode material, the nonaqueous electrolyte is a polymer solid electrolyte excluding a liquid, an active material of the negative electrode material consists of one kind or two kinds or more of mixtures among carbon, a tin compound, a silicon compound, and an aluminum compound, and a rubbery material is used as a binding agent at least in the negative electrode material between the negative electrode material and the positive electrode material.
