Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell for confirming action of an internal pressure adjustment mechanism and with excellent safety, in one equipped with an internal pressure adjustment mechanism for lowering internal pressure inside a fuel housing. SOLUTION: The fuel cell 1, provided with a fuel housing part 22 housing liquid fuel, and an internal pressure adjustment mechanism 30 provided on the fuel housing part 22 and lowering inner pressure by discharging inner gas from a discharge port when the inner pressure of the fuel housing part 22 rises above a given upper-limit value, is further provided with a detecting means 40 detecting action of the internal pressure adjustment mechanism 30.
