Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reliable and accurate mass flow rate sensor device. SOLUTION: The mass flow rate sensor device 2 includes a casing body 6 having a bypass 10 and a cavity 12 branched from the bypass. A wall 11 of the bypass is interrupted at a region where the cavity is branched. The mass flow rate sensor 14 is disposed partially in the bypass and partially in the cavity. For detecting air mass that flows through, a sensor element 16 is disposed at a part of the mass flow rate sensor disposed in the bypass. A flow body 20 having a cutout 22 and a wall member 24 is provided and is formed to prescribe a flow guide in the region of the sensor element. The flow body is disposed in the bypass so that a part of the mass flow rate sensor being disposed in the bypass is disposed in the cutout of the flow body and the wall member closes the interrupted wall of the bypass.
