DEVICE FOR MOUNTING LANE PULLING UNIT IN ASPHALT FINISHER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily operate a lane pulling unit, and to manage the positioning of a lane with a high degree of accuracy without a reference to an operation of a screed for laying and leveling asphalt. SOLUTION: Upper portions of front and rear ends of the lane pulling unit 30 are held in a vertically movable manner by hydraulic cylinders 41 and 41 for lifting and lowering the lane pulling unit which are provided via right and left supporting portions 25a and 25a of a front-side screw spreader 25, and hydraulic cylinders 42 and 42 for lifting and lowering the lane pulling unit which are provided in right and left supporting portions 28a and 28a of a rear-side screw spreader 28, respectively. The front-side hydraulic cylinders 41 and 41 are moved upward and downward independently at right and left sides while the rear-side hydraulic cylinders 42 and 42 are moved upward and downward in synchronization with each other at right and left sides. Thus, the hydraulic cylinders 41 and 42 can perform the pull-up operation, pushing operation, locked-state operation and free-state operation of the lane pulling unit 30. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
