Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an industrially effective specific polyglycerin alkyl ether made from a polyglycerin and a glycidyl ether of an alcohol as raw materials, and a method of producing the same. SOLUTION: The intended polyglycerin alkyl ether is produced by causing a polyglycerin and a glycidyl ether of an alcohol to react with each other in the presence of a non-protonic polar solvent having an ether bond.
