CUTTING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device improving passing property of metal sheets and suppressing drop of productivity while securing the space required for removing cut crops. SOLUTION: The cutting device 10 having an upper drum 13 and a lower drum 14 which are respectively arranged above and below a sheet passing route of metal sheets 6, 7 and on which cutting edges 11a, 11b, 12a, 12b are assembled and cutting the metal sheets 6, 7 by rotationally driving the upper drum 13 and the lower drum 14 includes: guide mechanisms 40, 50 arranged on the inlet side and outlet side of the threading route of the metal sheets 6, 7, including guide rollers 42, 52 for letting the metal sheets 6, 7 thread, and guiding the metal sheets 6, 7 in between the upper drum 13 and the lower drum 14; and moving mechanisms 60, 70 moving the guide mechanisms 40, 50 between a guide position where the metal sheets 6, 7 are guided in between the upper drum 13 and the lower drum 14 and a retracting position departing from the guide position.
