Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content distribution system and its center device, and a content distributing method, capable of presenting contents matching a preference of an actual viewer. SOLUTION: Each end user has a remote controller 600, and user information on the owner (end user) is prestored in the remote controller 600. In viewing, the user information is transmitted from the remote controller 600 to an IPTV device 200 (center side) through an IPTV terminal 500 (TV receiver). The IPTV device 200 specifies the user ID of a user who is actually viewing from the user information, and transmits program information matching the preregistered preference of the user to the IPTV terminal 500.
