Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a printed board preventing influence of magnetic field noise on an adjacent component by suppressing the magnetic field noise by means of a differential wire pair; and an electronic apparatus with such a printed board mounted thereon. SOLUTION: This printed board 1 includes: an insulation material layer 10 having a front surface 10s and a back surface 10b; a front-side differential wire pair 13s transmitting a first signal SG1 by a front-side first wire 11s arranged on the front surface 10s, and transmitting a first inverted signal RSG1 being an inverted signal of the first signal SG1 by a front-side second wire 12s arranged corresponding to the front-side first wire 11s; and a back-side differential wire pair 13b transmitting a second signal SG2 by a back-side first wire 11b arranged corresponding to the front-side first wire 11s on the back surface 10b, and transmitting a second inverted signal RSG2 being an inverted signal of the second signal SG2 by a back-side second wire 12b arranged corresponding to the back-side first wire 11b.
