Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress sloshing and overflow during an earthquake period without damaging a function as a storage facility of a fuel storage pool and a monitoring property in the fuel storage pool. SOLUTION: Partition plates 3 are installed in a direction vertical to a liquid surface in the vicinity of the liquid surface inside the fuel storage pool 1 storing pool water 2, and the partition plates 3 are installed in a structure held by support members 4 fixed firmly on a fuel storage pool wall, and a structure having slits 5 at useful intervals between each partition plate 3 is adopted.
