Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair care cosmetic effectively protecting the hair against high-temperature heating such as ironing treatment. SOLUTION: The hair care cosmetic contains (A) at least one antioxidation substance selected from ascorbic acid, its derivative and reducing sugars and (B) ≤20 mass% of an alcohol component based on the total weight of the composition and is left on the hair after application.
