SOLUTION: This vehicular sound absorbing body 1 has a frame body 2 having a through-hole 2a and a sound absorbing material 3 for covering one opening part of the through-hole 2a. The vehicular sound absorbing structure is provided by covering the other opening part of the through-hole 2a with a construction surface 4 (a constituent member of a vehicle).
