Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle air-conditioning discharge port structure, capable of successfully adjusting airflow direction of air-conditioning drafts. SOLUTION: The vehicle air-conditioning discharge port structure 15 is structured such that, out of a plurality of back fins 45, one adjacent to one wall portion or the other wall portion is made a lower outside back fin 45a, while the fin adjacent to the lower outside back fin 45a is made an adjacent back fin 45c, whereas the lower outside back fin 45a comprises a first regulating part 47 that regulates the air-conditioning drafts flowing through an inter-fin flow passage 61 between the lower outside back fin 45a and the adjacent back fin 45c, and a second regulating part 48 that regulates the air-conditioning drafts flowing through an in-between-fin-and-wall-portion flow passage 62 between the lower outside back fin 45a and the wall portion adjacent to the lower outside back fin 45a.
