SOLUTION: The method for discriminating a blueberry cultivar in a sample to be tested includes using a DNA extracted from a sample to be tested as a template, amplifying one kind or a plurality of kinds of specific SSR markers present on a blueberry chromosome by PCR and analyzing an amplified fragment length.
