Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a commutator motor in which a magnetic circuit is efficient. SOLUTION: The commutator motor includes: a stator 20 having a magnetic pole formed on the inner periphery; an armature 10 having a winding 12 wound around an armature core 11 and turnably arranged on the inner circumferential side of the stator 20; a commutator 5 to which the winding 12 is connected; and a brush 6 contacting the commutator 5. A center 120 of the armature core 11 is formed of a material in which magnetization characteristics have no directivity, the periphery of the armature core 11 is formed of a directional electromagnetic steel plate, and a magnetization easy direction of the directional electromagnetic steel plate is formed radially from the center of the armature core 11.
