SOCKET SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a socket system in which convenience is improved by remotely controlling power feeding to sockets. SOLUTION: In a socket system, a plurality of sockets 3 and a socket control device 2 are connected via a DC supply line Wdc, and the socket control device 2 includes an operating section 22 for performing ON/OFF operation of power feeding to the sockets 3 with each of which a corresponding relation is preset, and transmits to the corresponding socket 3 a transmission signal containing at least a control signal in response to an operating signal from the operating section 22. On the other hand, each of the sockets 3 includes a switch 32 for turning on/off power feeding to a load and a power feeding control section 34 for turning on/off the switch 32, and when the transmission signal is transmitted from the socket control device 2, the power feeding control section 34 of each of the sockets 3 turns on/off the switch 32 in response to the control signal contained in the transmission signal.
