Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder-shaped lithium ion secondary battery which lets overcharged voltage dissipate by immediately inducing fine short-circuit when charged voltage of the battery reaches to designated overcharged voltage. SOLUTION: The cylinder-shaped lithium ion secondary battery includes an electrode assembly 710, a center pin 720 combined with the electrode assembly, a circuit member 730 assembled in the center pin and short-circuited when the charged voltage becomes reference voltage or more, a can 740 for housing the center pin where the circuit member is assembled and the electrode assembly, and a cap assembly 750 combined with an opening of the can.
