Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal oxide semiconductor paste, a metal oxide semiconductor electrode, and a photoelectric conversion element in which a dispersion is used since the metal oxide has a superior dispersion property, very small drying characteristics at a time of screen printing, and very large printing transcription ratio so that thick-membrane printing, automatic printing, and large quantity printing are possible. SOLUTION: The metal oxide dispersion body is used in the photoelectric conversion element in which the metal oxide dispersion composed of a metal atom complex expressed by a general formula (1), the metal oxide semiconductor particles, and a solvent contains a ketone based solvent as the solvent.
