VENTILATION AIR CONDITIONER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively dry dew condensation in an exhaust duct caused by the ventilation operation of a bathroom. SOLUTION: A ventilation air conditioner includes a suction port 3 for sucking air of the bathroom, an other-room suction port 4 for sucking air from the other room, a ventilation fan 5 for sucking air from the suction port 3 and the other-room suction port 4 and exhausting the air to the outside, an opening closing device 6 capable of adjusting the amount of the air exhausted from the suction port 3 and the other-room suction port 4 to the outside, and a control device 7a for controlling the ventilation fan 5 and the opening closing device 6. After finishing the ventilating operation, the control device 7a closes the opening closing device 6 and carries out exhausting through a second ventilation air duct 9 from the other-room suction port 4 for a predetermined period of time so as to feed the relatively dry air of the other room into the exhaust duct 10, drying the generated dew condensation.
