Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily fold and open a heavy open-close body structure such as a louver unit, and to bring an opening to a full-open state. SOLUTION: When the louver unit 1 is opened by operating an operating grip means 12, a gas damper 7 is extended to push an upper unit half 2 in the folding direction for assisting the opening. When the gas damper is extended forcibly to the natural maximum extension amount or longer (Lmax+α) by an external force after a sliding pin 6 passes through a first supporting point 8, a lower unit half 3 is brought to the state of a folding at a dead point at an angle of 90° to a window surface or an exterior-wall surface. The sliding pin 6 is slid automatically towards an end-point stopper 13 for a guide rail 11 after the lower unit half 3 is passed through the state, and a folding line is returned slightly in the initial direction. The lower unit half 3 is formed at the angle of 90°or smaller to the window surface or the exterior-wall surface, and locked automatically at the position of a final folding in the end-point stopper 13.
