Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of directly and efficiently obtaining ethanol from biomass. SOLUTION: A production method of ethanol, fermenting a dispersion comprising water and one or plural kinds of plants, is provided, wherein the plants contain vines of Pueraria lobata, the production method of bioethanol comprises fermenting the dispersion liquid with cellulase and amylase but using no living matter and then fermenting by fermentation converting sugar to ethanol, and the production method of bioethanol, characterized in fermenting a mixture comprising water, vines of Pueraria lobata and glucose, is provided.
