Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a mold resin capable of manufacturing multiple mold resins using the same metal mold and having excellent productivity, and to provide a method for manufacturing an optical information recording medium capable of manufacturing multiple optical information recording mediums using the same stamper and having excellent productivity. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the optical information recording medium includes: a step of placing a photosetting transfer layer of a photosetting transfer sheet on a reflection layer of a substrate having the reflection layer provided along fine projecting and recessed parts as recording pits and/or grooves and pressurizing these; a step of placing a stamper having a thin layer of a photo catalyst substance formed on the surface of fine projecting and recessed parts as recording pits and/or grooves on the other surface of the photosetting transfer layer and pressurizing these; and a step of curing the photosetting transfer layer having the stamper by irradiation with UV and then removing the stamper to provide the fine projecting and recessed part on the surface of the photosetting transfer layer. In a molding method, a metal mold is used, having the thin layer of the photo catalyst substance formed on the surface of the stamper used for the method for manufacturing.
