IMAGE-PROCESSING DEVICE AND DATA PROCESSOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image-processing device which ensures efficiency in a hard-wired system and easily achieves various kinds of image-processing functions. SOLUTION: Restrictions are imposed on a computing function for image processing realized in a hard-wired system and on control to access to a buffer memory to make a range of the restrictions variable by means of program control or the like. The buffer memory (105) inputs data, from the outside, under restrictions, that is, storage line units, and makes the number of the input storage lines and the positions of storage lines programmable by means of control circuits (101, 102). An operation circuit (106) is put under the restrictions that cause the circuit concerned to execute operation in single or plural storage lines data units which are supplied from the buffer memory, and designatedly makes the contents of the operation processing, in the operation processing units to the data units, programmable by means of the control circuits (101, 102).
