PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recognize, in advance, from what storage location information to be obtained during a user-specified process is obtained. SOLUTION: An information terminal device 20 includes an output means (e.g., display means 25) for acquiring and outputting desired information from storage locations for various pieces of information; an operation input means 26 having the function of outputting a menu image including a plurality of menu items for information acquisition to the output means, and adapted for selecting one of the menu items included in the menu screen; a control means 201 for performing a process designated according to the menu item selected, and acquiring desired information from either of the storage locations; and a menu image storage means 27 for storing the menu image. When the menu image is output to the output means, the menu items included in the menu screen are output while identification information for identifying the storage location where the information is obtained during the process designated by the menu item is added thereto.
