Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow meter collecting trend data, having relatively low cost and a simple constitution. SOLUTION: A flow meter includes a flow detecting means (flow sensor 12) for detecting a flow of a fluid to be measured flowing through a predetermined pathway, and a time-measuring means (timer 37) for measuring the time elapsed from a reference time. The flow meter, further, includes an information collecting means (CPU31, EEPROM33) for correlating and storing the information regarding the flow detected by the flow detecting means with the information regarding the elapsed time measured by the time-measuring means.
