Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning method and an air conditioning system capable of improving energy efficiency in the entire system in air conditioning using a heat storage tank. SOLUTION: The air conditioning system 10 includes: a plurality of refrigerators 14 for cooling cold water supplied to an air conditioning load 12; the heat storage tank 16 provided between the refrigerators 14 and the air conditioning load 12 and storing cold heat by storing cold water cooled by the refrigerators 14 and supplying the cold water to the air conditioning load 12; sensors 34 for detecting cold heat amounts stored in the heat storage tank 16; and a control device 20 operating the refrigerators at a predetermined load ratio and controlling the number of operated refrigerators 14 based on measurement values by the sensors 34.
