ABSORPTION TYPE WATER CHILLER AND HEATER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorption type water chiller and heater heating and boiling absorbing solution using, as a heat source, combustion heat with a gas burner and exhaust heat fluid supplied from another facility via an exhaust heat fluid supply pipe during cold water supply operation, and using the exhaust heat fluid also during a hot water supply operation so as to improve hot water generation effects through the condensation action of a refrigerant. SOLUTION: In the absorption type water chiller and heater including a regenerator heated with a heater such as a burner and an exhaust heat regenerator for recovering the heat from the exhaust heat fluid supplied from the other equipment via the exhaust heat fluid supply pipe, a heat transfer pipe for the exhaust heat regenerator is arranged within the exhaust heat regenerator and a heat transfer pipe for an evaporator is arranged within the evaporator. The absorption type water chiller and heater includes a flow passage change-over valve for switching the flowing of the exhaust heat fluid in the heat transfer pipe for the exhaust heat regenerator and the flowing of the exhaust heat fluid in the heat transfer pipe for the evaporator.
